Privacy and Personal Data

This notice explains how we process the personal data of visitors and customers of woodoodle.co under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data controller

Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address,
• Transactions: order contents, order and payment dates (card details are processed by the payment provider and never seen by us),
• Digital data: IP address, browser information and cookies,
• Messages: what you send us via the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

Why we process it

• To take, prepare, deliver and invoice your order,
• To handle returns, exchanges and customer service requests,
• To meet legal obligations (tax and consumer law),
• With your consent, to tell you about new pieces and offers,
• To keep the website secure and improve it.

Legal basis

We process your data under Article 5 of KVKK: to set up and perform the contract, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests and, where needed, with your explicit consent.

Sharing

Your data is shared only as needed for these purposes with shipping companies, the payment provider, authorised public bodies and Shopify, which hosts our store. Because Shopify’s servers are outside Türkiye, this transfer is made under Article 9 of KVKK.

Retention

We keep your data for the periods required by law (e.g. 10 years for commercial records); after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential functions such as the cart and your session. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, and you can change your preferences in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with and object to processing. Send your request to woodoodle.co@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.
