Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns within 14 days

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Email woodoodle.co@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
2. We will send you the return address and shipping details.
3. Pack the item carefully, as it arrived, and ship it within 10 days of your request.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and is checked, we refund the card you paid with within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.

Exchanges

Would you like a different figure or pattern? Write to us and we will exchange it, subject to availability. As every piece is handmade, we may send the closest match rather than an identical piece.

Broken or damaged in transit

We pack every piece with care, but if something happens on the way, send us photos of the parcel and the item within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the shipping.

Non-returnable items

• Pieces made or personalised especially for you,
• Downloadable digital products (guides, templates, etc.),
• Used or damaged items.

For international orders, return shipping and any customs fees are paid by the buyer.
