Terms of Sale

These terms form a distance sales contract between the Seller named below and the Buyer who places an order on woodoodle.co, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By placing an order the Buyer confirms having read these terms and the pre-contract information.

1. Parties

Buyer: the person whose name, address, phone number and email are entered at checkout. Billing and delivery details appear in the order summary.

2. Subject

This contract covers the sale and delivery of the products ordered on woodoodle.co. Product names, quantities, prices (including taxes), shipping costs and the payment method are shown in the order summary and the order confirmation email.

3. Products and prices

• Our products are handmade, so small variations in shape, colour and pattern are natural. Photos show real pieces; colours may look slightly different on your screen.
• Prices are in Turkish lira (₺) and include taxes. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
• The price valid at the time of the order applies.

4. Payment

Payment is taken by credit or debit card through a secure payment provider. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller. International orders are charged in Turkish lira; currency conversion and bank fees depend on your card issuer.

5. Delivery

• In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Lead times for made-to-order pieces are shown on the product page. Delivery never exceeds the 30-day legal limit.
• Orders are delivered to the address given at checkout, and a tracking number is sent by email.
• Please check the parcel in front of the courier. Damaged parcels should be reported to us with photos within 48 hours.
• For international orders, import duties and taxes of the destination country are paid by the Buyer.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason. Notify us by email or phone within this period and send the item back within 10 days of your notice.

After the returned item reaches us, the price and any original shipping cost are refunded to the card used for payment within 14 days.

Exceptions

• Pieces made to the Buyer’s personal specifications,
• Digital content delivered instantly (downloadable guides and templates),
• Items that have been used, damaged or can no longer be resold.

7. Faulty items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, the Buyer may choose a replacement, a refund or a price reduction. Shipping costs in this case are paid by the Seller.

8. Disputes

Disputes are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and by Consumer Courts above those limits.

9. Acceptance

By confirming the order and completing payment, the Buyer accepts these terms. The contract takes effect with the order confirmation, and a copy is sent to the Buyer’s email address.
