Orders, shipping and returns
When will my order ship?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order pieces the lead time is shown on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship from Türkiye to every country. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your country.
What if something breaks?
We pack every piece with care. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised pieces and digital products cannot be returned.
How do I get digital products?
Right after payment we email you a download link. Files are for personal use.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with Turkish and international credit and debit cards.
